We are very grateful for your generosity in contributing €1,115 for the collection on Good Friday for the Holy Land, Pro Terra Sancta. This collection took place in dioceses throughout the world.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, pilgrimage to the Holy Land has been very curtailed and they are in need of our help.

As Cardinal Sandri has said in his letter to bishops (full text here) throughout the world:

For two consecutive years, the Christians of the Holy Land have celebrated Easter and Christmas in a sort of isolation, without the warmth and solidarity of pilgrims visiting the Holy Places and local communities. Families have suffered beyond measure, more from the lack of work than from the immediate effects of the pandemic itself.
