The Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock, which was due to take place on Saturday 26th April 2025 has been cancelled
As a mark of respect to the late Pope Francis, the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock, which had been due to take place this Saturday, April 26, has been cancelled. It was announced in Rome this morning that the Pope’s funeral will take place on Saturday morning and, in consultation with Archbishop Farrell and Fr Richard Gibbons, rector of Knock Shrine, it has been agreed that the pilgrimage should not take place at this time.
The Parish Partnership of Booterstown, Donnybrook, Merrion Road & Milltown have arranged a bus for this.
The bus will be leaving Donnybrook Church at 7.00am Saturday 26th of April.
The cost of the Parish Partnership Pilgrimage is €75 per person and includes coach and meals as outlined in the itinerary which may be viewed below.
