Note that since Ash Wednesday is NOT a holy day of obligation there will be NO EVENING MASS at 9pm.
Feast of St Blaise, Saturday 3 February 2024

St Blaise was bishop of Sebaste (now the city of Sivas in central Turkey, in the then Roman province of Armenia-Cappadocia). He was martyred in 316 AD.
Blessing of throats will take place after the 10am and 12 noon Masses on his feastday.
New Year’s Day, Monday 1 Jan 2024

At the 12 noon Mass today we celebrate our Parish Feast Day in honour of Our Lady Queen of Peace.
Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, 18-25 January 2023

The theme for this year is for unity amidst injustice, focusing on discrimination particularly racial discrimination.
Milltown Parish will host an Ecumenical Service and a reception afterwards on Sunday 22 January at 3:00pm.

The Solemn Mass in Our Lady Queen of Peace on Saturday 25 June at 12 noon, in honour of St Josemaría Escrivá, Founder of Opus Dei was very well attended, with lots of families with young children. Homily of Fr Donncha Ó hAodha here.

Novena of Grace, 4 – 12 March 2022

The Novena of Grace began on Friday 4 March and ended on Saturday 12 March, 400th anniversary of the canonisation of St Francis Xavier in 1622.
At the 12 noon Mass each day there was a special homily taking in an aspect of the life of St Francis Xavier, with practical lessons being drawn for ordinary life.
