Blessing with and Veneration of Relic of the True Cross: after 12 noon Mass on Sat, 14 Sept 2024

After 12 noon Mass on Saturday 14 September there will be a Blessing with and Veneration of a relic of the True Cross in Our Lady Queen of Peace.
It will also be possible for those attending to personally venerate the Relic.
Veneration of Relic of the True Cross: 8pm on Thursday, 14 September 2023

At 8pm on Thursday 14 September a liturgy venerating a relic of the True Cross took place in Our Lady Queen of Peace. The celebration included a homily and blessing with the Relic. It was also possible for those attending to personally venerate the Relic.
This was Fr Fergus’ last liturgical ceremony as Parish Priest.

PATHWAYS: Exploring Faith as an Adult

Applications are now open for the next intake of participants for Pathways. This two-year, one evening a week programme, run by the Dublin Archdiocese, begins in DCU St. Patrick’s Campus, on Thursday 28th September 2023 (7pm – 9:30 pm). III World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly, Sunday 23 July 2023

“His mercy is from age to age” (Lk. 1:50) is the theme chosen by the Holy Father for the III World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly.
The National Grandparents’ Pilgrimage will take place in Knock on Sunday, 23 July. All are welcome for this wonderful celebration of family and faith through the generations.
